Services with galvanizing hanging racks chain:
Materials that are suitable for processing on galvanic hanging racks: iron, iron alloys, non-ferrous metals (brass, copper, bronze, aluminium exceptionally).
Note: we do not provide stainless steel processing (Inox).
The maximum dimensions of the workpieces which can be processed on the galvanic hanging racks chain:
- Size: 3000 x 600 x 1000 mm;
- Weight: 100 kg.
For the entire treatment process we use only high-quality products of renowned suppliers.
Required Preliminary Preparation:
All the intermediated goods (workpieces) before delivery to our company should be properly degreased and cleaned, residue-free of polishing pastes and various emulsions. Any incorrections in the element manufacturing and preparation is with the application of non-ferrous metals even more accentuated, therefore is for the quality of the end product important to deliver us adequately prepared intermediate goods.
In polishing small and large series we cooperate with partners, whose main activity is polishing.
As further protection products, we also offer service coating with transparent lack.
